In Indiana, a 12-year-old cannot consent to sex. In Kansas, the age is 16. In both states, the attorney general is attempting to access records of abortions performed on under-age girls
so that their abusers can be prosecuted. The ACLU and Planned Parenthood are fighting both states.
Why is it that these groups are more concerned about covering up sex crimes rather than the prosecution of sex offenders? Could it be the money?
